Convenient to public transportation and shopping . Great Super, mgmt, internal workers (porter, handyman), doormen are all helpful, kind and caring. Building always clean and pet friendly.

Dalan became the building manager for my apartment two months after I moved into the building. They claim to leverage an app for maintenance requests, however, any submissions are ignored, then will be moved to “closed” without a fix / just delete your ticket entirely. This was the case with all of the maintenance requests I have submitted. If you escalate via email, it will require 20+ emails before you get a response. I have had an issue with a heating pipe in my apartment since February, and I believe they are ignoring the issue until they are out of heat season to avoid paying for a plumber to fix the issue. Outside of this issue, it took them well over a month to fix a lock on an external door, leading to several packages to get stolen, and general difficulties entering and exiting the property. I personally will avoid this company when searching for a new NYC apartment in the future, given that they do not communicate with their tenants nor do they care to do maintenance.

Amazing and smooth leasing process with our agent, Nart! Super professional but also a rare leasing agent/company that actually cares about their future tenants. Nart helped us out with so much flexibility with our lease and response rate was immediate at all hours everyday. Completely transparent about the property and answered all questions we had as well. The application process doesn’t include anything out of standard NYC requirements, and management reviews and responds very quickly as well. All in all, great and straight forward new leasing experience. Thank you so much Nart! Excited to move in. :)

Had a good experience while renting, housing was clean and well taken care of and the super was responsive. The minute we moved out we received radio silence, unresponsive super, management said we would get our security deposit back and it’s now over 30 day past moving out and still no deposit back. No response to countless emails, no response to calls or call backs. Very shady, would not recommend.
